From incentive travel and MICE extensions to rewarding return visits, Taiwan is giving international travelers more reasons to make their next trip count.

Taiwan is stepping up its appeal as a destination for Indian travelers with a fresh set of incentive initiatives designed to add more value to every visit. From rewarding incentive groups and business travelers to encouraging repeat visitors to rediscover the island, the latest programs make it easier to turn a trip to Taiwan into a richer and more rewarding experience.

The initiatives span three key travel segments: incentive travel, MICE and independent leisure travel reflecting Taiwan’s growing focus on high-value tourism and meaningful visitor experiences.

Travel for business. Stay for the experience.

For incentive travel groups, Taiwan has introduced additional bonus rewards over and above the existing incentive scheme, creating greater value for eligible groups choosing Taiwan for their incentive programs.

The initiative strengthens Taiwan’s proposition for companies and travel planners looking beyond conventional business destinations. With a combination of modern infrastructure, efficient connectivity, vibrant cities, culinary experiences, culture, and nature, Taiwan offers an incentive experience that can move seamlessly from business to leisure.

Make your MICE trip go further

International travelers attending conferences and exhibitions in Taiwan can also make the most of the new MICE Travel Rewards program.

Running from September 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, eligible international MICE travelers who register through the designated activity link and successfully complete qualification verification will receive an exclusive “Double Rewards” offer by email.

The program is designed to encourage business travelers to extend their stay and explore Taiwan beyond the conference venue. Depending on the reward, travelers can discover more of Taiwan through experiences such as the Taiwan PASS HSR version and Taiwan Tour Bus tours, opening the door to local culture, heritage, food and scenic experiences across the destination.

Come back to Taiwan. Come back to more.

For travelers who have already experienced Taiwan, the “Return to Taiwan, Double Your Luck” initiative offers another compelling reason to revisit.

The program gives eligible returning independent travelers an opportunity to win NT$5,000 in spending credits, with the value going up to NT$8,000 when traveling with a companion, subject to the program's eligibility and reward conditions. The initiative is part of Taiwan’s wider strategy to encourage international visitors to return and explore the destination from a new perspective.

And that is perhaps the biggest invitation of all: you may have visited Taiwan before, but there is always another side of the island waiting to be discovered.

Whether it is a business trip extended into a culinary escape, an incentive program transformed into a team adventure, or a return holiday filled with new discoveries, Taiwan’s latest incentives are designed to make the journey more rewarding.

For Indian travelers, the message is simple: your next Taiwan trip could come with more reasons to stay, explore, and experience.
